Planning a party or an event, whether it’s a wedding, a corporate event, or just having friends and family over, isn’t always easy to do alone. That’s why we decided to open Bee Event Helpers. We help plan and create amazing events for people who love hosting, but don’t have the time or expertise to hash out the details or want to do the dishes. I’ve been a professional Event Planner since 2000, specializing in creating memorable events in the Northern CA area. Our combination of creativity and attention to detail are my top priority.

The Green Bee & Giving Bee
Brooke try's to give back to her community. If its something as simple as Trash pickups, Feed the hungry runs, or recycling for you. We will bring recycle bags & try to use green cleaning products. We love our planet & want to do our part to take care of it.

Let’s Plan Your Special Day
Bee Event Helpers provides party and event staff for any occasion big or small. We work in homes or event spaces and allow you to enjoy your own party. Our job is to make you, the host, look good while eliminating your stress.
Our rates range from $40 – $60 per hour, per helper. We recommend 1 server or bartender for every 25 guests. We look forward to helping with your next event!
